Something to try…
Exercise: For as long as you can, be an observer and watcher. It is not about keeping the mind still. Let the mind be. Watching is meditation. Watching is a practice as whatever you can watch you are not. If you are really watching, a silence falls upon you. You can hear your heart beating and you can hear your blood run.
No mind is peace! Mind itself can never be peaceful.
