From rock bottom to extreme success, Veronica harnessed the power of Emotional Intelligence (EI), spotlighting the transformative Horse-Human connection. She co-created The MawdsLeigh Difference – an innovative model eliminating negativity for peak performance. Rapidly uncovering the root cause of conflicts, she turned them into exhilarating potential. With a sales career spanning over two decades of dynamic, disciplined and high achieving work, she knows what it takes to maximise performance. Accomplished in yoga, meditation, and natural horsemanship, she emphasises the dynamic Horse-Human experience. Veronica climbed Mount Kilimanjaro, ran the New York Marathon, and pioneered a highly successful alternative education program for young offenders, off-curriculum school children, and the deaf community.

Mia's chaos to empowerment

Transforming chaos into empowerment, Mia co-created The MawdsLeigh Difference – an innovative model eliminating negativity for peak performance. Proficient in resolving complex issues and turning conflicts into potential, she graduated with an LLB in Law from the University of Edinburgh and a BA Hons in Business with Entrepreneurship from Edinburgh Napier University. A self-taught capital markets trader, Mia expanded business services globally, serving clients across Europe, the Middle East, South Africa, India, Australia, and the US. Mia is a top-notch commercial lawyer with extensive global contracts experience. With a passion for sports, she is a keen cyclist and completed the New York Marathon.
