Veronica's chaos to empowerment

From rock bottom to extreme success, Veronica transformed her own life before bringing that experience into the work she now leads through Pattern Intelligence™ and The MawdsLeigh Difference.

With more than two decades in high-performing sales environments, she understands pressure, performance, people and what it takes to exceed expectations. Her work today spans founders, CEOs, senior leaders, elite sports professionals and high performers, where her ability to identify the pattern driving an issue has become central to creating powerful shifts in performance, decision-making and personal responsibility.

Veronica has a longstanding practice in yoga and meditation and extensive experience in natural horsemanship. She has also taken on major physical challenges, including climbing Mount Kilimanjaro and running the New York Marathon.

She pioneered breakthrough education models for young offenders, off-curriculum school children and the deaf community, creating opportunities for meaningful progress and transformation.

Today, Veronica brings together lived experience, commercial understanding and Pattern Intelligence™ to create powerful transformation and exceptional results.

Mia's chaos to empowerment

Transforming chaos into empowerment, Mia co-created The MawdsLeigh Difference and has played a central role in developing MawdsLeigh’s work in Pattern Intelligence™ and high performance.

Proficient in resolving complex issues and turning conflict into opportunity, she graduated with an LLB in Law from the University of Edinburgh and a BA (Hons) in Business with Entrepreneurship from Edinburgh Napier University.

A self-taught capital markets trader, Mia expanded MawdsLeigh’s services internationally, working with clients across Europe, the Middle East, South Africa, India, Australia and the US.

Mia is also an accomplished commercial lawyer with extensive experience in global contracts. With a passion for sport, she is a keen cyclist and has completed the New York Marathon.
