Depression

If you are causing depression to yourself, you are generating strong intense emotions that work against you. Strong enough emotions to cause depression and mental illness. There are always incentives for being ill – this comes from childhood. When we are kids we learn that we get so much more attention when ill or sick; you get presents; more love and affection; you get out of going to school; you can sit in front of telly all day and there are many more incentives.

As we get older we learn the art of being mentally ill. Same results, different incentives. This usually works brilliantly and is most common within both marriage and more so, in the workplace. People think it is a privilege to get ill, to get depressed. They get more attention from family, friends and work colleagues when this happens. The part that is always missed is how much anger and rage is needed to be so depressed. This takes enormous amounts of energy from within. The facade and false faces it takes to work against yourself, against your true nature, not to mention how many poisons and toxins leak out into your system, which can create so many malfunctions in the body or can lead to very severe diseases.

70% of illnesses on this planet are self-made. People are always pushing themselves in the wrong direction, against their true nature. If you are creating depression or experience being depressed, be happy that you are depressed and allow the depression to be. Then suddenly the depression will disappear and there will be a breakthrough. If you want to continue being depressed know this, that one day you won’t be able to come back from it, you will have gone too far.
